DAY 1: DWARKA

Embark on a spiritual tour on Day 1 of this Dwarka Somnath tour

Upon arrival at Jamnagar, proceed to Dwarka and check into the hotel. Dwarka is a famous pilgrimage spot and it is the perfect place to go on a temple tour at your own expense. Visit the Sabha Mandap and go through the beautiful scriptures there and enjoy some solitude by the Gomti River.

In the evening, after freshening up, attend the evening aarti at Dwarkadhish temple. Head back to the hotel to rest.

DAY 2: EXPLORE DWARKA

Explore the town of Dwarka and its temples on this trip to Dwarka and Somnath

Head to Bet Dwarka & Nageshwar temple after a scrumptious breakfast. Travel to Okha and then take a boat ride from the port jetty till Bet Dwarka.

Once you reach Nageshwar temple, visit the Nageshwar Linga and feel the spiritual vibe all around. The most surprising thing is it is believed that the Jyotirlinga has magical properties that can work against poisons of any kind. You can also go on trying some of the tasty local food at your own expense before heading back to the hotel.

DAY 3: TAKE BLESSINGS FROM LEGENDARYJYOTIRLINGA SHRINE AT SOMNATH MAHADEV TEMPLE

Start the day with a wholesome breakfast and then attend the morning aarti at Dwarkadhish temple. Go on a drive to Somnath and check in at the hotel. Pay your reverence at the Somnath temple that contains the legendary Jyotirlinga shrine.

In the evening, go on a shopping spree and pick up fun items like wall hangings, cradle clothes, quilts, and beadwork. Head back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 4: TRAVEL BACK HOME

Head back home with wonderful memories of an epic journey on this Somnath travel!

Start the day with a scrumptious breakfast and complete all the checking out formalities. Head to airport/railway station and begin your journey back home.

  • When visiting Gujarat do eat the Gujarati Thali. Also try out Khaman Dhokla, Puran Poli, Handvo, Kadhi, Sukhadi and etc.
  • The winters in Gujarat are mild and pleasant and not chilly at all. Therefore, a light cardigan will do the job.
  • Since the Rann Utsav falls during the winter season, it is recommended you carry some woolens along
  • Don’t miss the sunset view from Mandvi Beach once you’re in Rann
  • Enjoy the whitewashed landscape from Kalo Dungar (Black Mountain), the highest point in Kutch
