Day 1: Bhubaneswar Rly. Station / Airport Puri

Meet & Greet on arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station & transfer to Puri. In the evening visit the Lord Jagannath Temple built in 15th Century AD and crowned with Vishnus wheel & flag dominate the landscape at Puri. Overnight stay will be at Puri.

Day 2: Excursion to Chilika Lake (50 kms / 2 hrs)

After breakfast start for day excursion to Chilika Lake (Place called Satpada). Its famous for Irrawaddy Dolphins. One can enjoy boating at Satpada (at own cost) and visit the lagoon where the lake meets with into Bay of Bengal. Evening back to Puri. Overnight stay will be at Puri.

Day 3: Puri - Bhubaneswar (Enroute sightseeing) (65 kms / 2 hrs)

After Breakfast transfer to Bhubaneswar enroute visit Chandra Bhaga Sea Beach, Konark Sun Temple, Pipili (the eplique village) & Dhauli. On arrival check in to hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay will be at Bhubaneswar.

Day 4: Bhubaneswar Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Khandagiri, Udaygiri, Lingraj Temple & Nandan Kanan. Evening you can enjoy shopping at Ekaamra Haat buying local handicrafts and other goodies. Overnight stay will be at Bhubaneswar.

Day 5: Bhubaneswar Hotel Bhubaneswar Rly. Station / Airport (65 kms / 2 hrs)

After breakfast Check-out from hotel, transfer to Bhubaneswar Airport / Railway Station for your onwards journey with sweet memories of Puri & Bhubaneswar along with Spring Valley Holiday Club.

  • Since the climate in Orissa is much hotter than the rest parts of the country stick to mostly cotton clothes.
  • If you wish to explore the wildlife in Orissa then make sure to carry some clothes that would fully cover your legs and arms for protection from mosquito bites and flies.
  • Make sure to keep some extra bucks for the extra expenses such as some eating out at a local joint, visiting the museums, national parks etc.
  • Being a traveler keeping less of cash and rest on your cards is the best way to avoid any loss.
  • Make sure to bag in some chemical sunscreens as well as mosquito repellents.
  • To save some bugs plan out a sightseeing tour explore some of the places that are in close proximity to each other on a single trip or are located nearby.
  • Do make sure to keep all the essential documents like visas& passport safely (if required)
